The main objective of the research and development department of Fresh Fish is to create new and different products that comply with all the required quality standards.

The work of this department is to merge the technical and the gastronomic aspects, that are conducive to the development of the final product.

The technical part is in charge of the quality control manager, who controls the formulas and the ingredients.

The gastronomic part is in charge of the Chef of the company, who gives the ideal flavor and cooking to the product.
